These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bellamodeling.com and the services offered by Bella Modeling ("Bella Modeling," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Service

Bella Modeling is a digital service that builds and promotes search-indexed online modeling portfolios. We are not a traditional booking or talent agency, we do not act as your agent or employer, we work on a non-exclusive basis, and we do not procure employment or guarantee bookings. Any work you obtain through your portfolio is arranged directly between you and the third party.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to apply. Applicants between 13 and 17 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit all photos and content.

Applications and Accounts

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review each application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and for any activity associated with your portfolio.

Packages, Fees, and Payment

We offer flat-fee portfolio packages (for example, Starter at $9.99, Social Media at $19.99, and Full Website at $399.99). Prices and features are described on the Site and may change. Fees are for the portfolio and promotion services described and are charged with no ongoing commission on your bookings. Payment is due at the time of purchase through our payment provider. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once portfolio work has begun; contact us with any billing concern.

Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Bella Modeling a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and promote that content for the purpose of building and marketing your portfolio and our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, including any necessary releases from photographers or other individuals depicted. All Site design, text, graphics, and code not submitted by you remain the property of Bella Modeling and may not be copied or scraped without permission.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit content you are not authorized to submit.
• Do not upload obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

No Guarantee of Results

We work to make your portfolio discoverable, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular search ranking, level of exposure, number of inquiries, bookings, or income. Modeling outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Links and Affiliate Stores

The Site contains links to third-party websites and affiliate product stores. As an affiliate we may earn from qualifying purchases. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bella Modeling and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bella Modeling from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Governing Law
