Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bella Modeling ("Bella Modeling," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit bellamodeling.com (the "Site"), apply to have a portfolio built, or otherwise interact with our services. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit an application or contact form, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, age or date of birth, city and country, email address, telephone number, social media handles, physical attributes relevant to modeling, and the photographs you upload.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and the pages you view. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).
How We Use Your Information
- To review your application and decide whether to offer you a portfolio.
- To build, host, and maintain your online modeling portfolio.
- To respond to your questions and communicate with you about your application or account.
- To promote accepted models across search engines and our social media channels, as described in our services.
- To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Model Photos and Public Portfolios
The core of our service is publishing a search-indexed portfolio on your behalf. If your application is accepted and you choose a package, the photographs and profile details you provide are intended to be displayed publicly and indexed by search engines and AI systems. Do not submit images or information you do not want to appear online. You may request removal of your portfolio at any time using the contact details below.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. How we handle consent depends on where you are. If you are in the EU, the UK or the EEA, analytics cookies are set only after you opt in through our cookie banner (as required by the GDPR): nothing non-essential loads until you choose "Accept." If you are elsewhere, including California, analytics may run by default, and you can opt out at any time by choosing "Decline" in the banner or by using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page (consistent with the CCPA/CPRA). We enable IP anonymization in Google Analytics, and analytics cookies are never used to sell your personal information. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. For more information about Google Analytics, see Google's privacy documentation.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, our web host and email delivery provider), and we may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Your public portfolio content is, by its nature, visible to anyone.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents (under CalOPPA and the CCPA/CPRA) and visitors from the EU/UK (under the GDPR) have specific rights, including the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you and to ask that it be deleted. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Applicants between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the information and photos submitted. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention and Security
We retain application and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites (including social media and affiliate stores). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies. Purchases you make through affiliate links are governed by the seller's policies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting it, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor your cookie consent choice.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
